Policies For Scheduling A Reading
- ALL READINGS ARE ON EASTERN STANDARD TIME.
- Before a reading can be scheduled, payment must be received to secure booking. Please do not ask for my number, I will not give it out. Being considerate, please do not send multiple emails. There are many ways to contact me. I will respond to your email as soon as I can.
- If you have to reschedule more than ONCE, there is NO REFUND and you have to REPAY to get a reading, If you MISSED APPOINTMENT...After I leave the message to tell you it was missed, you must REPAY to schedule a new appointment. I have a family and set aside time for you.
- If it is a Google Chat or SKYPE, you must give your username at least 24 hrs before scheduled time preferably during booking.
- If you are verbally abusive or otherwise disrespectful, I reserve the right to end the reading at any time, and no refunds will be given.
- If I call, and you don't answer... Please understand... I must move on to the next client. I can't push back the whole day of scheduling for any reason. Rescheduling is your only option, and you only get ONE of those.
- The future can be changed by the smallest event and you, or others involved can alter the future. The guidance that I receive and give to you during your reading is for that moment.
- There are NO REFUNDS.
